Does the price include VAT?

Yes.All prices shown on our website include VAT. If you require a VAT receipt for any purchase please contact us at earthwhile@internova.co.uk

How do I find and view products?

You can view products  in one of two ways – either by category or by searching for individual products.  To view by category, click on shop categories (at the top of the page). This will display a range of similarly grouped products. If you are looking for a specific product, you may wish to use the site search facility (at the top right of each page). Select the name or relevant word to the product you wish to find and a list of possible matches will be displayed. To return to the Earthwhile home page, just click on the earthwhile logo (at the top left of each page).

How do I buy products?

Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, you can either call us on 0800 952 0089 and one of our helpful and friendly staff will take your order for you or you can proceed to order on line by clicking add to basket.  Your basket will be displayed showing the product name, price, quantity and sub-total inclusive of VAT of the product(s) you have chosen.   You can remove products, revise quantities and calculate delivery costs in the basket and the basket can be viewed/amended at any time by clicking on view basket in the black bar at the top of each page.   You can continue to browse or select other items by clicking continue shopping or, if you do not wish to add further items, proceed straight to payment by clicking checkout.  We accept Maestro, Mastercard and Visa payments.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept American Express cards.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please send this with details of your order and the delivery address to Earthwhile, Internova UK Ltd, Provident Works, Newdigate Street, Nottingham, NG7 4FD.

How do I know if my order has been received?

When you place your order on line, a confirmation email is sent to the email that you used during registration and gives a copy of your order detail.

Do I need to create an account to place an order online?

No, but in order to process your order we do require a few details from you, such as your name, registered address of the payment card you are using, contact telephone, email address and delivery address for your purchase.  Please see below for the level of required detail for each of the account choices and the benefits of creating an account.

1.Create an account

In addition to the required detail above we will ask you to create a password of your choice.You can use this password together with your email address to log-in to the site for future purchases, tracking status of your order and viewing previous purchasing history.

2. Place an order without creating an account

This option requires the detail as above but without a password. You will be unable to login to the site to track the status of your order, view purchasing history and will need to re-enter this information each time you place an order with us.

I've created an account, how do I login?

You can login to your account by clicking "login" at the top of the page, or by clicking here.

I've forgotten my password.

You can request your password by following the password reminder prompt during the login process.  We will send your password to you at the email address that you registered with. Click here to request your password.

How do I log out of my Earthwhile account?

To logout, click on login from the top navigation and select logout.

How do I change my account details?

If your personal details have changed, for instance because you’ve moved house, you can change these by going to login and clicking on edit your details.

How do I know if I've been refunded?

Refunds are made direct to the payment card you used when you placed your order and will show as “Internova”.  For full details please click on returns policy from the navigation bar at the bottom of each page.

security & privacy

How do you use my details?

We use the details you provide us with to process your order.  If you have opted in to receive information on Earthwhile products and offers then we will also use your details to contact you from time to time with these offers.  Earthwhile is covered under the Data Protection Act and we will not disclose your details to third parties other than to process your order.  To view our privacy policy in full please click on terms and conditions from the navigation bar at the bottom of each page.

Is Earthwhile a secure site?

Yes. We use SSL (secure socket layer) technology during the payment process and your credit/debit card details are encrypted for your protection. Earthwhile do not hold any details relating to the credit/debit card you use and our on-line payment system is processed by a major high street bank who during the payment process validate the authenticity of your card and check for possible fraudulent use. At the payment detail stage, the padlock key is displayed in your browser bar to indicate that you are now in a secure encrypted mode.

I am ordering from outside the UK; will your electrical appliances work in other countries?

Our electrical products are sold in the UK for use in the UK. If the plug supplied is not suitable for the sockets in your locality, please utilise an appropriate adaptor or cut off the plug and attach an appropriate plug.
