Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide you with the highest levels of service possible.

Should you need to return goods for whatever reason you must notify us (see separate section below) stating the following:

• Your full contact details
• Details of the product(s) that you wish to return
• The reason for return
• Date of purchase
• Our order/invoice number

We will then email back to you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). This must be clearly visible on the returned package. We cannot accept unauthorized returns.

If you wish to cancel your order

You must notify us as soon as possible (but no more than 7 days after delivery) by email at cancellations@earthwhile.co.uk stating your reason for cancellation. If the goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned to us in a NEW, UNUSED and UNDAMAGED condition at your own cost for postage/packaging and insurance. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.

If your item is faulty or incorrect

If incorrect or faulty goods are supplied, we will of course send a replacement or give a full refund, as appropriate and as quickly as possible. Faulty goods claims must be made within 7 days of delivery of the item by email to returns@earthwhile.co.uk stating your reason for return. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.

If your Item is unwanted or not what you expected

If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason, you have the right to return them within 7 working days of delivery. You should email your reason for the return to returns@earthwhile.co.uk Returns must be suitably packaged and postage and insurance must be paid by you and goods should be in a new and unused condition. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.

If your item is damaged in transit

Please retain all documentation and packaging. Notification should be made within 7 days of delivery by email to returns@earthwhile.co.uk stating your reason for return. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days of your notification email.
