Services

We use two delivery methods dependent upon weight.  Smaller items are despatched by first class post and larger items are despatched by courier. In order to offer you you the most cost efficient option, the delivery method is pre-selected for you and shown on the product detail page and again at checkout.  If your item is pre-selected for first class post and you prefer a courier delivery please contact us and we will arrange this for you.  Please see below for full details of our delivery charges for both methods. 

Despatch

Provided your product is in stock and your order is received before 12 noon, we aim to despatch your goods the same working day.  Orders received after 12 noon on Friday would be despatched the following Monday.

First Class Postage/Courier: Delivery Areas, Timing and Cost

All of the above prices (with the exception of the Channel Islands) are inclusive of VAT.  This cost is added to your purchase during the checkout stage.

Checking the status of your order

You can view the progress of your order at any time.  To do this, please log in to the 'My Earthwhile Account' panel on the home page.   Status of your order will be displayed:

'Awaiting Payment' : your order has been received but this has not yet been processed.  This may be because we are awaiting new stock or due to a very high level of orders.  Please note that we do not debit your card until your order is ready for despatch.

'In process' : your order has been received and payment has been taken from your card and your goods are in the process of being prepared for despatch.

'Despatched': your goods are in transit.
