Delivery details
We use two delivery methods dependent upon weight. Smaller items are despatched by first class post and larger items are despatched by courier. In order to offer you you the most cost efficient option, the delivery method is pre-selected for you and shown on the product detail page and again at checkout. If your item is pre-selected for first class post and you prefer a courier delivery please contact us and we will arrange this for you. Please see below for full details of our delivery charges for both methods.
Delivery Charges
Not all of our stock is held on site, some may be despatched by the manufacturer. We can only offer Standard Delivery on these items.
Orders received before 12 noon will be processed and, if we hold stock ourselves, will be posted same day. If your order is received after 12 noon on Friday we will process the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
- Standard delivery: £2 plus 50p per additional item
- Next Working Day Delivery excluding Saturday (before 1pm) £7.00 plus £1 per additional item
- Recorded (Signed for) £4.50 plus 50p per additional item
Our maximum period for delivery is 14 days. If you have still not received your order after this time please do not hesitate to contact us.

Due to the weight of Slate products the following delivery charge applies
- £7.00 plus £1 per additional item
Thermafleece
Postage varies depending on the area of the country and amount of insulation you buy. Please view the delivery charge list below.

Despatch

Lost / Undelivered Goods
If your item is not delivered and you believe it has been lost in the mail system please do the following:
You need to allow 15 working days from the date of despatch before an item is considered missing by Royal Mail or courier companies (25 working days for international orders).
Check with your neighbours; they may have taken the parcel in on your behalf. You should also check with your local Royal Mail collection office, they may be holding the item if they couldn’t deliver it.
If your item is not delivered within this timeframe please complete our Lost Goods form and return it to us. You can download the form here.
Non-Delivered Goods Declaration
You must return the form within 28 days. Please send the form to:

Once we receive your completed form we will send a replacement item to your address.
Items damaged in transit
If you receive an item and it has been damaged in the post please report this to us within 7 working days of delivery.
Send us an email including:
- Your details
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage to the item and packaging
