The ThermaWrap Foil Tape has been designed to be used with both ThermaWrap Top Up Quilt insulation and ThermaWrap Pipe Wrap, when sealing the joints.

Both require the use of tape to seal the joins between insulation panels to improve the thermal properties of the products. It has been designed especially to form a water tight bond so that when it is used with either the pipe wrap or the top quilt, a water tight seal will be formed and the effectiveness of the products will be increased.
How does it work?
ThermaWrap Foil Tape is simply adhesive tape made of foil. A pair of ordinary scissors can be used to cut the length required before peeling the adhesive foil from its non-adhesive base and sticking to the required location. It is that simple. The best thing is the tape is water resistant, meaning the seal itself becomes a water tight bond.
